Do I need to be good with computers?

No. We set everything up and show you how it works. If you can send a text, you can run uWorkOrder.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. It runs in the browser and installs to your home screen like an app. It works on a laptop or tablet too.

Do my customers need to download anything?

No. They get texts and/or emails: confirmations, reminders, "on my way" alerts, and a thank-you when the job's done, with links to their photos and documents plus your review page.

How do my customers get into the system?

Three ways, and you choose: add them yourself one at a time, upload your own spreadsheet (.CSV), or send it to us and we'll import it during setup. You never have to hand over your customer list.

What does the $10 a month cover?
